If you're looking for something fun and different, take a look over on the Gothic Arch Challenge blog. There is a free template there so you can make your own arch! Here is my project for this week's "moon" theme.Acrylic paint, justjohanna image, vintage French text, stitching and stardust pen.
Thanks for coming by!
I love your moon who is talking about nightmare and bloody something! Did you choose it on purpose because it goes well with your arch!
ReplyDeleteGreat card. I just love the colors you chose and your French moon!
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAA!!! I didn't know what the french text said..truth be told my french vintage text is a book called "Incomparable Josephine". Guess it was a lucky punch!
ReplyDeleteWonderful arch Julie. love your moon. The texture and sewing on the arch are lovely.
ReplyDeleteLovely arch and moon, lol @ translation of french text:)
ReplyDeleteGreat, love it.
ReplyDeletethis is special! Great Arch!
ReplyDeleteFantastic Arch Julie! The French book adds a lot to you creations!
ReplyDeleteWow, this is great!
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect that that spooky looking tree is there with the gorey moon words. Love how dark this is and your stitching is fantastic. What do you use as a base for your arch? My last one is a wobbly mess, and I need to give it another go...maybe chipboard.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! Tami- I used watercolor paper on these since I loaded them up with paint.. (cold press).
ReplyDeleteLove your arch!!! Great colors!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your arch. Your tree reminds me of a favorite book from my childhood. It was called Spooky Old Tree. I think it was Barenstein Bears.
ReplyDeleteI love that tree! Great arch!
ReplyDeleteSo cool and what a great sentiment for your "talking" moon. hee hee heeee!
