IF: Hats
A page from "Color Binge", my art journal. I don't drink coffee; it seems that having a cup in your hand is some sort of status symbol... Did you know one of those Pumpkin Creme coffees not only costs way too much, but it has 400 calories, 130 of which are fat? Not to mention the sodium seems high too..240 grams. I'm no fitness spokesmodel, but if it were me I would much rather find something better to use my 400 calories on... see you tomorrow.

Love this woman with the coffee hats! That would be perfect for me at work where I drink cups of black coffee and I'd have some with me wherever I went. he he.
I love this! Mixed media collage is one of my preferred art styles. There's so much texture in this piece, and the coffee cup hats are wonderful!
if I had 400 calories to spend on food, more importantly ice cream. You would find me running down the street after the yellow Schwan's truck

I love this illustration! I don't do the Star*** thing either. I drink a cup at home in the morning-that's it. If I'm gonna blow 400 calories, I better be able to chew-it! LOL!
Good thing we didn't meet Monday-I came down with the flu the next day! I wouldn't have wanted to infect you & your precious baby! I'm barely starting to feel better today!

Oooh. I like that. And I like coffee and tea, so that would be a great hat for me if my balance were better.
I wonder how many calories are in a grande skim latte or a grande skim mocha?
I feel that unless I'm going to get drunk, it's not worth consuming any calories via liquid!
