Today was a new day...

4x5" mini-painting (sold)

I am having a lot of fun with these collage pieces. You can create so many different looks on the same background paper and I don't seem to be getting tired of them at all! Another thing I am having a good time with is beeswax. A lot of the online tutorials explain that in order for you to even out your wax once it is on the piece, you should use a quilter's iron. I actually am getting great results with my heat gun. Try it some day!

Hi Julie,

I like this quite a lot ... these birds youy are doing are great!

So are any stamps here? Or is this freehand? You cut out these words and paste them?

Very beautiful!
