Luggage + Arch = fun!

Nancy talked me into making some gothic arch panels the other day and I am glad I did! Wednesday Stamper's (still on summer schedule) theme is "stitching". I am not happy with the thread tension here...I think the Carry-On may have found some new buttons to play with when I wasn't looking....

I used Golden fluid arcylics...with a few interference colors as well as some iridescent colors. This is layer upon layer of paint. I was not happy with the first few layers, so I layered and layered...watered down, wiped and painted my way to these end products.

And now a moment to thank all of my 'regulars': Thank you, regulars (and brand new friends!)!! I am blown away by the number of hits and comments I am getting during my art journey. Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me. I hope you come back tomorrow too!

That arch is very cool. I love everything you do. Well, except for that clicking noise.....
